I feel like I have to make a single blog post dedicated to this. I really thought people were just hyping up Olaplex and it wasn’t gonna be that great on my hair. Well I was wrong. I used it for the first time last night and OMG. I could tell just after feeling my hair a few minutes upon brushing it through that it was going to change it drastically. I was always looking for products that would transform my frizzy, unmanageable hair to smooth, tamed, luscious locks. I wasted a lot of money on serums and shampoos that did absolutely nothing to my hair except make it smell good. This is worth the $28 I promise you. If it worked on me, it will work on you lovelies!
For anyone that has never used it, it works as a hair mask before the shower. So you need to get your hair pretty damp before applying. I got a spray bottle and started spraying until each section was damp. Then I combed through about 2 quarter sized amounts of product throughout my hair. I would start with one and then increase to however much more you need. I wanted to really see results so I made sure I wasn’t skimping out on the product. I then tied my hair up in a bun and let it sit for about 2 hours before washing it out. It says leave on for at least 10 minutes, but the longer the better. Use shampoo and conditioner as you normally would.
So is it really as good as people say it is? YES YES YES. You’ll notice your hair is a lot smoother in the shower. I also noticed I had less fallout as well! Let me know if you’ve tried it before and what other Olaplex products you’ve used. I think I’m going to get the Bonding Oil next followed by No. 6😍

Olaplex nr 3 is great! I always try to keep it more than hour when I can. It really makes a difference. It makes my hair so soft. I have a thin, curly hair.

It does! I love it. I have thin, straight hair but it’s soooo frizzy and this tames it!

I use the whole Olaplex product range. I adore it! It´s the more transformative haircare brand I ever tried. I love all Olaplex products, but No 3 is definitely the one that offers most game-changing results.
